Preamble

Media Management encompasses the management of a company's media resources including talent, equipment, infrastructure, content, intellectual property and often all of the above. The scope of a media manager is not limited to entertainment companies alone but in fact any corporate that is participating in a dynamic environment. Companies are balancing multiple Intellectual Properties and content such as visual adverts, radio jingles, endorsement deals and not forgetting their online content. Music Production, Photography, Graphic Design, Film, Online Content and many other forms of communication must have a healthy synergy and should work congruently towards the objectives of the organization.
